Chettinad cuisine is our family favorite as they are spicy and delish. M likes anything spicy especially this winter makes him demand for spicy food that will make his taste buds go crazy. Mushroom Capsicum Masala


Mushrooms are one of my favorite to cook and to eat. They are healthy and tasty to eat and they are so versatile that can be incorporated in numerous ways, be it rice, gravies or curries. M is not fond of mushrooms. But he buys them for me. So whenever he travels I get to cook and eat all that stuff he is so not into. Today I made this masala to go with rotis.

Vegetable Kurma-South Indian Restaurant style



This vegetable kurma is my favorite as it mimics the taste of those kurma which you get along with maida parathas in Tamil Nadu restaurants. If you have eaten those parathas (parottas) then I m sure by now I would have tapped out the craving for those parathas and kurma.
